Where is the red eyed chaos bug?

A small insect found in Lost Izalith and the Demon Ruins. Has no attacks and usually dies in one hit. There is one that will have glowing red eyes; this one does not respawn and drops the Sunlight Maggot headgear upon death.

How do I get to the witch of Izalith?

Location. Quelana sits on an island in Blighttown directly in front of the entrance to Chaos Witch Quelaag's lair. The most guaranteed way to encounter her is to level up a Pyromancy Flame to +10. Being invaded by or summoning someone with a +10 or above flame reportedly spawns her as well.
