1. Open your web browser, go to and log in to your Zoosk account.
2. Click on Settings in the menu on the left side.
3. Click on Account and then select Account Status.
4. Click on Deactivate Account.
5. Select Deactivate on the bottom of the screen.

Is deactivating Zoosk the same as deleting?

Zoosk makes it a little difficult to delete your account, and you can only deactivate it from the site. Once you’ve deactivated your account, you’ll need to remove Zoosk’s access to your Facebook profile, and then contact Zoosk about permanently deleting the account.

How do you deactivate a Zoosk account?

1. Open your mobile browser, go to t.zoosk.com and log in to your Zoosk account.
2. Tap on the 3 lines in the top left corner.
3. Tap the gear icon close to your nickname.
4. Tap Subscription.
5. At the bottom of the screen tap Cancel Subscription and follow the instructions.
