How long does it take to get a refund from Scentbird?

Once you have your RMA number, your return will be processed in two weeks. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification. ScentBird does not accept returns on subscription shipments. If the product you received is damaged, you can get a replacement within 30 days of the shipping date.
