In this manner, how does Swablu evolve in emerald?

It's just as well since Swablu requires 400 Candy to evolve, joining the ranks of Magikarp and Wailmer as common creatures with huge Candy demands for their evolutions. When you have enough Candy, Swablu evolves into Altaria, changing its type into Flying and Dragon.

Furthermore, what level does Trapinch evolve in emerald? It evolves into Vibrava starting at level 35, which evolves into Flygon starting at level 45.

Hereof, is altaria a legendary Pokemon?

Altaria is the only Dragon/Flying type Pokémon that isn't a Legendary Pokémon. Altaria is the only Dragon type Pokémon that can learn Sky Attack. Altaria is the only Dragon type Pokemon to evolve from a Normal type.

Is Swablu worth evolving?

Well it's worth it, although it is a bit hard, cause it will evolve into an Altaria, which is Flying and Dragon type (am I right?) so it's a good Pokemon too.
