Can you fail Bud S?

Upon completion of BUD/S you will be push buttoned to SO3 or Special Warfare Operator Third Class. If you fail BUD/S you will basically be reset right back to the moment you were at MEPs picking a job. However this time you will not be able to walk out as you are already legally under a service obligation.
