Medication therapy management, also referred to as MTM, is a term used to describe a broad range of health care services provided by pharmacists, the medication experts on the health care team.

Who pays for MTM services?

If the service is not covered, the patient will be responsible for payment in full. º It is important to note that services cannot be provided free of charge or at a reduced rate for some patients if you are also billing a Medicare Part D plan for MTM services provided for other patients.
