Using your keyboard, press Ctrl + Alt + Del and choose the option to Sign out. Or, click Start and on the top of the Start menu click your name and choose Sign out.

How do I log out of my account?

Go to the Security tab and look for Your devices section click on Manage devices. Click on the three dots menu on the desired device and select Signout. Confirm the selection and the account will be logout of that particular device.
