Newman is a command-line Collection Runner for Postman. It enables you to run and test a Postman Collection directly from the command line. It is built with extensibility in mind so that you can easily integrate it with your continuous integration servers and build systems.

How do you use Newman in Postman?

Using Newman Click on the Menu icon for Github API collection, and select export. Save the JSON file in a location you can access with your terminal. I created a local directory/folder called “postman” and saved it there. Install Newman CLI globally, then navigate to the where you saved the collection.
