Copy and Xcopy offer the option of verification (both using the /v parameter) but sadly Robocopy does not.

It doesn’t. Windows Explorer does not verify that a copy of a file contains the same data as the original. This is also true of most other operating systems, including Mac OS X and Linux.

You can find if some files have been copied or not. Right click on the folder or file you fear that might have been copied, go to properties, you will get information such as date and time of created, modified and accessed.
