WIN is an employment skills assessment system. Employers use WIN® to measure workplace skills of employees and job applicants. Schools and colleges also use WIN to prepare students for the workplace. WIN is made up of several assessment tests that measure different kinds of employment-related skills.

How long is the win Test?

How long will the testing take? It will take 1 hr. for one test, an hour and 45 min. for two tests, and two hours and 45 min.
