Is Manheim Auction Good

Manheim is a scam. They “pre-inspect” cars and don’t disclose information and damage. When you buy, they make you buy another “post inspection” to be able to arbitrate any unmentioned damages. (They will still not actually inspect the car).

What are Manheim auction fees?

These should be made payable to “Manheim Auctions”. Personal or company checks will not be accepted for payment of vehicles. A buyer’s fee will be charged based on a sliding scale from $150.00 – $350.00. Vehicles over $9,000 will incur buyer’s fees of 4.5% but will not exceed $450.

Can individuals buy from Manheim?

Who may attend public sales? Any member of the public who is a licensed driver and at least 18 years of age is eligible to attend one of our auctions. However, locations have different policies regarding registration to inspect and bid on vehicles.
