Is Ingress better than Pokemon go?

Ingress has a lot more strategy involved in it and is also much more community oriented. Currently there really isn’t a reason to acquire friends/teammates outside of a small area in Pokemon Go. While in Ingress your playing field is much much larger and the affect you can have as a player is much greater.
