How many times can you take NBDE Part 2?

After their third failed attempt, candidates must wait one year before they can retest on the INBDE. The JCNDE will review this policy again in 2021. Students who have had five unsuccessful attempts on the NBDE Part II will still be permitted five attempts on the INBDE.
