Blizzard has added new questline skips to the Shadowlands' campaign in the Chains of Domination PTR. These new skips allow fresh 60 characters to go almost directly to Patch 9.1 content as long as it has been unlocked by another character in the same account.

Can you skip the Shadowlands campaign?

If Highlord Bolvar Fordragon is not offering your character the option to skip ahead in the story, and you've completed the Shadowlands Covenant Campaign on a different character, please log into the character which has already completed the story. Doing so should unlock the skip for your other characters.

Where can I skip the maw intro?

Horde players must talk to Nazgrim in Orgrimmar to skip the Maw introduction questline. If you want to skip the intro questline on a character that's already in the Maw, you must talk to Jaina inside the cave. She will have a dialogue option that lets you skip the intro.
