Every time I receive or notice a sign or synchronicity I just feel an overwhelming sense that everything is in order and that the Universe is looking out for me. For other people, this feeling of being “looked after” may come from God or angels (or whatever else it is that you believe in).

Why do I see synchronicities?

Remember that synchronicity is actually energy, so when you change your vibrational energy, you start attracting more of what you're feeling. Focus on a sign that has a high refresh rate- for instance, the number plates on cars. Basically, something that you'll be seeing a lot of in your day.
