Under the 5-4/9 schedule, employees on a Maxiflex schedule are entitled to a maximum of eight (8) hours of paid holiday time off for federal holidays regardless of their normal work hours, and employees on a Fixed schedule are entitled to holiday pay equivalent to the number of hours of their approved work schedule.
