What is the test for permanent driving Licence?
For a Permanent Driver's License, applicants are tested on their driving skills. An Inspector from the RTO conducts the driving test. You will have to drive through the RTO's designated driving track and will be tested on general driving skills and adherence to rules.
Can I get permanent DL without LL?
You cannot legally drive on Indian roads without a learner's licence. To learn driving, you must first get a learner's licence specific to the class of the vehicle you are learning to drive or ride. To get a permanent driving licence, it's mandatory to first procure a learner's licence.
