Are toads good or bad?
Frogs and Toads
They help us keep our pest populations down, a great alternative to the use of pesticides. Just one frog or toad can eat up to 10,000 insect pests during the garden season, impressive indeed.
Where are toads born?
Toads Vs. Frogs
While frogs and most toads are born in wetlands, frogs remain in and near ponds, streams, swamps, canals or other areas with standing water. Toads also need moisture but can survive far away from permanent wetlands.
