Reileen Kawahara was the sister of Takeshi Kovacs. Originally believed to have died in 2130, Relieen was revealed to have survived and became one of the most powerful meths to ever exist. She was later killed by Takeshi Kovacs in an effort to end her reign of terror.

His stack was placed into an adult body, leaving his original child body behind on Harlan. For the next 10 years, Takeshi served CTAC with distinction, until, on one mission, he was brought back to Harlan's World, and, coincidentally, back to his original body, which was now that of an adult.

What happened to Kristin Ortega at the end of Season 1?

At the time, Ortega was in a romantic relationship with Elias Ryker, who was also a cop. When Kovacs was resleeved in Ryker's sleeve, she indulged in a complicated romantic relationship with Takeshi Kovacs. At the end of the first season, she reunited with Ryker.
