Can fortifications hold objectives 9th?

Fortifications are unplayable, unless you house rule them. They are overcosted, they hit on 5+, even if a unit is embarked, they cant be set up within 3" of other terrain, and they are destroyed when you cant place them. They cant hold objective markers.

Can hammerfall bunker hold objectives?

Since the Hammerfall Bunker is a fortification, it will be incredibly difficult to place. It's unable to be placed in Strategic Reserves, can't be placed within 3” of any terrain, or on any objectives.
