It is a federally-mandated system for registering operators of commercial vehicles who are involved in interstate and international travel. This annual UCR filing must be renewed by December 31 each year. Registration for the upcoming year began on October 1.

Do you have to file UCR If you are intrastate?

No. Vehicles involved only in intrastate commerce are not subject to UCR fees. However, you must maintain a form of registered exempt vehicles with the UCR.

How do I cancel my UCR registration?
