Can you get a positive ovulation test if you are pregnant?

So theoretically, if you're pregnant, and you use an ovulation test, you may get a positive result. However, it's also very possible for you to be pregnant and for an ovulation test to not return a positive result. You might think you're not pregnant when you really are.
What will ovulation test say pregnancy?
If you're pregnant, you might get a faintly positive ovulation test that's actually detecting hCG, not LH. This is more likely to be true the further along you are in pregnancy since your levels of hCG in urine will be higher.
