Any dogging work must be performed by a dogger who holds a Dogging High-Risk Work (HRW) Licence. Rigging: Rigging activities cover moving, placing or securing loads using mechanical load shifting equipment, however they do not cover the operation of that equipment. Riggers also erect or dismantle cranes or hoists.
