Which banner are people mostly getting Diluc in? technically, character banners are the best for standard 5 stars because it's 50% for the promotional character and 50% for an off-banner, therefore making it 10% chance for diluc every time you pull a 5 star there.

Which banner is better for Diluc?

Players wanting to maximize their chances of getting Diluc need to wish on the Ballad of Goblets banner and hope they get lucky enough to land the 0.6% chance. If that does happen, there's about a 10% chance that the player will get Diluc, and a 90% chance it will be some other 5-star character instead.

How do you Diluc a standard banner?

On the standard banner, you have to fight between multiple 5-star weapons AND characters, making the chance of pulling Diluc there 1.6%/5 IIRC. Basically, keep pulling on the character banner because you have a more realistic shot there.
