Attack speed: Cyclone spins at the player's attack speed and deals damage once per spin.
What does attack speed affect Poe?
Attack Speed does not affect the speed at which you cast Spells. That's Cast Speed. You can see if something is a Spell or an Attack by mousing over the gem and reading the tags. That said, some casters might want attack speed, say, for movement skills that are Attacks.
Does tailwind affect cyclone?
Cyclone attack speed is not changed by modifiers to action speed, despite what Path of Building would suggest. ... Either way, may be important for cyclone builds, especially COC builds - when calculating Cyclone attack speed threshold make sure your character is not set up to be affected by tailwind.
