Could See Far Away?

Nearsightedness (myopia) is a common vision condition in which you can see objects near to you clearly, but objects farther away are blurry. It occurs when the shape of your eye causes light rays to bend (refract) incorrectly, focusing images in front of your retina instead of on your retina.

What is it called when you can see far away?

Hyperopia, or farsightedness, is when you see things that are far away better than things that are up close. Your eyes focus better on distant objects than on nearby ones.

What does it mean when you can't see from far away?

Not being able to see objects in the distance is a condition called 'Myopia' and is commonly known as nearsightedness. For those who are afflicted by myopia, it can be next to impossible to bring objects in the distance into focus. That's why you can't see far away.
