What is in the red period kit?

The kit contains: A pair of RED underwear in a style of your choice in Black. A RED Waterproof Bag designed to pack a spare pair in your school bag and make for easy changes. An introductory Period Fact booklet that gives you the low-down on what to expect for your period and how to care for your new RED underwear.

Can you wear Modibodi all day?

We have many of our wonderful customers comfortably wearing their Modibodi's for 8-10 hours and 12 hours even! They have been scientifically proven to last 24 hours, but we do recommend testing them out for a shorter period of time first before diving into the full day!
