"You Send Me" is a song written and originally recorded by American singer Sam Cooke, released as a single in 1957 by Keen Records. Produced by Bumps Blackwell and arranged and conducted by René Hall.

Would you send or send?

Could you also send it to me? You can use both of them interchangebly if you want but if you want to sound kind and formal use "could".

Would you or could you?

'Could You' is considered to be an informal way of asking something, contrary, 'Would You' is a formal way of requesting someone to do something.
