Use the rod ends with the Teflon liners, they don't need any lube and will last longer than the regular rod ends. I gave up on greasing the heims, it seems that the grease will attract dust and that's what will wear out the joint.

Are you supposed to grease Heim joints?

You're better off not using them. If they're used on something that's greased they will shield the joint from dust/moisture...

Tri-flow is a teflon (PTFE) based lube that goes on wet and drys to a film to coat and seal the surfaces. This minimizes stiction and corrosion in extreme conditions. You only need to use 3-4 drops per uniball or heim. We recommend using a microfiber towel to wipe clean the surfaces prior to applying.
