On February 21 2020 we made some changes to BT TV, introducing flexible TV packages where you can upgrade, downgrade and even add-on content. This includes the availability of NOW content for BT TV customers, which are included with some of our flexible TV packages.

Is BT TV changing?

Yes. New BT TV brings you the best of Sky Atlantic, Sky Sports, Sky Max, Sky Cinema and more from NOW. Add that to BT Sport, AMC, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and all your Freeview channels, and you can finally have it all in one place.

Why is BT TV not working?

If your BT Youview is frozen or stuck on loading, all you have to do is restart your BT Box. If this does not do the trick, then your device may be due for a software update. ... Press the YouView button, select settings. Go to the Information & Reset sub-menu.
