Even if your bottle isn't on the verge of spoiling, it's best to store them strictly according to their storage guidelines. Because they can lose their flavors over just a few months, if opened.

Cordials will keep in a cool, dark place for up to a month, or in the fridge for slightly longer. Make sure your cordial is stored correctly or it can start to ferment. It's also fine to freeze if you want to keep it for longer.

How long does cordial last once opened?

Cordials: Our best before date is printed on the neck of our bottles, but typically will have about 12-18 months shelf life by the time you get your hands on them! Once opened, they should be consumed within 3 weeks.
