Dosage and Administration
- Swine – Inject 1mL per 20 kg body weight for 3 days by deep IM.
- Poultry and Gamefowls – Inject 0.2 mL per head for 3 days by deep IM.
- Cattle – Inject 1 mL per 20 kg body weight for 5 days by deep IM.
How do you administer a Bacterid?
Swine: Administer by deep IM injection in the neck area at 1 mL/20 kg BW for 3 days. Poultry/fighting cocks: 0.2 mL/head for 3 days by deep IM. Cattle: Inject 1 mL/20 kg BW by deep IM. Not to be given in animals producing milk for human consumption & in young animals during periods of rapid growth.
