A bibliography is a list of all works you used in preparation of the work, but which were not necessarily cited/referred to. This list must not be numbered. When there is no author/editor, use the title (book, journal, newspaper etc.)
Should bibliography entries be numbered?
Arranging Entries Alphabetically in Works Cited
MLA citation follows the letter by letter style using the first data element. This may be the author, name of the organization or, in some cases, the name of the work. Do not place the entries in a numbered list.
Do you number the bibliography page?
Bibliographic and notation entries should be single spaced internally, but contain a space between each entry. Page numbers should be placed in the header of the first page of text, beginning with number 1. Continue your page numbers till the end of your bibliography.
