Chatot is the only Pokémon in the game that can learn Chatter, a Flying-type move that simultaneously damages and confuses the opponent. Chatot's stats aren't great, but its Speed and Special Attack are decent, meaning it can hurt and confuse its enemy before it gets a chance to do anything.

Is Chatot worth using?

Whilst it certainly isn't a competitive beast, Chatot is actually a rather respectable Pokémon. It has glass-cannon defences, but it never claims to be a defensive Pokémon. Its base stats tell you what kind of Pokémon it is. Base 92 Special Attack and Base 91 Speed instantly give it the special sweeper label.

Is Chatot good for PVP Pokemon go?

The best moves for Chatot are Peck and Sky Attack when attacking Pokémon in Gyms. This move combination has the highest total DPS and is also the best moveset for PVP battles.
