The Guinness World Record for most pull-ups in 24-hours was 4,210, a pretty amazing feat. But, that record was trumped last week by over 100 pull-ups by 54-year old Mark Jordan. Jordan, from Corpus Christi, Texas, cranked out 4,321 pull-ups in 24-hours.

On 7th September, Truett Hanes posted a video online documenting his experience doing 4,100 pull-ups in 24 hours. He was challenged to do so by the previous record holder: former Navy SEAL, author and "productivity personality" David Goggins, who managed 4,030 pull-ups in the same time frame.

Guinness's current world record for most pull-ups by a man in 24 hours is 7,600, held by John Orth from Golden, Colorado, and achieved in 19.5 hours.
