The World Health Organization recommends solutions containing 2.6 g sodium chloride, 2.9 g trisodium citrate dihydrate, 1.5 g potassium chloride, and 13.5 g anhydrous glucose, all dissolved in 1 L of clean water for a total osmolarity of 245 mOsm/L solution.
