What's changed? When you log on, you'll notice that the Online Banking log on screens look different to before. We've got a new design and we've made it easier for you to log on. You'll now only need your Security Number and Personal ID to log on.

Why can I not get into my Online Banking?

Please ensure you are using an up to date and fully supported browser to use Digital Banking. Make sure you have cleared temporary internet files and cookies and your browser has extensions and add-ons disabled. If needed, also try restarting your device and router, and try a wired connection.

Why does Santander online keep logging me out?

As a security measure, your Online Banking session will automatically "time out" after 10 minutes of inactivity. This security feature is intended to prevent another individual from viewing your account information while your computer is unattended.
