Does Facetime Mirror Your Face?
I see you have a question about how you appear to someone doing a FaceTime call with you. The person on the other end of the call sees you just as they would if they were in the same room and looking at you. In other words, there is no "flip" in what they see. You can verify this easily.

Does FaceTime camera mirror your face?

On FaceTime, the phone automatically inverts your face. As you look at yourself in the little box in the corner, you see a mirror image of yourself, but the recipient on the other end of the phone sees you flipped. Now for some people with symmetrical faces, this is probably not an issue.

How do I turn off mirroring on FaceTime?

Change FaceTime video settings on iPhone

  2. Tap. in your tile. To turn Portrait mode off, tap the button again.
